One of the most amusing things is when people blatantly state the obvious in such a profound way. In this case, this technical manager states the obvious to the entire office. I sent out an email to the office noticing that many people are NOT booking the Conference Room and Conference Line resources properly in Outlook. I mean... OMG... it works when you follow directions!

1) I see only TWO recurring items on mondays in Conference Room and I know there is more than that (including the team meeting). Remember when you book meetings, you MUST invite the CR or Conf line as a resource.
